1. What is eligible for the Price Beat Guarantee?
Our price beat guarantee is applicable only for orders with same products and same quantity available in stock and advertised from a local competitor with an online or physical store.
If we have the same product in stock, we will beat the competitor’s standard advertised price by 5%.
2. What is excluded from the Price Beat Guarantee?
The Price Beat Guarantee excludes the following:
- special offers, discounts, or promotions from the competitor
- indent products or orders
- stock liquidation
- Marketplace or second-hand goods
- products with scratches & dents
3. What are the requirements for the Price Beat Guarantee?
- Official quoted must be provided with a date not older than 2 calendar days. If eligible, we will beat the quote with a 5% discount!
- Email your quote at sales@hospitalityfurniturewholesale.com.au.
- We reserve the right to contact the supplier to confirm and/or purchase the stock.
- Once competitor is verified, we will either pay the 5% difference of provide product at reduced price.
